kindness of keeping history
My name is Ahmad Zaki, I am a graduate student of faculty adab and humanities UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. I really love archeology probably because my father is an archaeologist.
During the study period a lot of research that I follow. Like an excavation in Lamuri (Lamreh, Krueng Raya), this excavation aims to protect the ancient tombstone in Lamreh.
There are so many ancient tombstones, the situation is very messy and very many tombstones are destroyed because it is not awake.
The people around Lamreh are very few who care about the existence of this ancient tombstones. Whereas the ancient expanse of tombstones here can be a world heritage.
It should be a society that appreciates our history to spread good even though it is to nature. Because for me kindness is not only to man. Our interaction with nature must also be accompanied by kindness.
Because if we do not do good and ignore history we will be ignorant and forget history.
My advice to all keep on doing good anywhere anytime and to anyone.

Hi Ahmed Zaki, good to know about you that you are a archaeologist and you got this talent from your father. So, did you find anything related to past culture? It must be a exciting as well as a hard job for you, right?

in the study we find various things like ceramic fragments from the past life to the fact of the ancient Tsunami several centuries ago. it is very interesting.

archaeology is such an amazing job @polem . its like an adventure. each time you go out to find something new and examine it feel like you are going to an adventurous journey. probably you got many patterns there, by research so much information came out to world that may be unknown from the world. its feel awesome to know a news which was not known by any other in this world. You can make a small museum of your collection though i thought those are government property and need permission to keep.
I also felt that being an archaeologist was a daunting task. many things to consider. yes @aaarif it is like a search for ancient objects with high historical value.
and your advice is very good, maybe in the next few years I will have many collections that I can display.
