Egusi and Eba

This is one very tasty African delicacy.
Guess what i am going to be teaching you steemians how to prepare this tasty dish.
Indegrents for the soup are:
- One cup of Mellon
- 1/10 liter of palm oil
- One ball of onion
- Some diced pepper
- A fresh fish
- 1/2 table spoon of salt
- Some Vegetable
Indegrents for the Eba are: - 1/2 liter of water.
- 2 cups of garri.
How to prepare the EBA.
- Boil the water
- Poor the boiled water in a bow and add the garri till the water is covered completely
- Turn the mixture till you are no longer seeing raw garri.
How to prepare the egusi - Grind the Mellon to powdered form
- Grind the onion bulb till it is in a pasty form
Mix it with the Mellon. - Put the pot on the fire cook for 10minutes then add the fish, pepper, and salt then after two minutes add the oil then serve.
