lived a young man with his mother. He was called Andung Kuswara. He's a bright young man. He has the medical skills he learned from his late father. Andung Kuswara daily works hard to meet daily needs. One day, Andung Kuswara went into the woods alone, looking for fruits and vegetables.
On his way home, he finds an old man squeezing badly between two big trees. Andung Kuswara immediately helped him. He then healed the wound perfectly. "Dear young man, I thank you for your help," said the old man and took something that hung around his neck. "As a thank you, I give you this necklace, hopefully it will bring good luck to you," said the old man. Andung Kuswara took the prize and went home. Both Andung Kuswara and his mother pass their time with joy.
But Andung Kuswara wants a better life for him and his mother. "It might be better to leave my home to another country and practice my medical skills," he thought. However, he was not brave enough to say his intentions to his mother. He knew his mother would be alone if he left. After a month passed, Andung Kuswara finally told his mother about his intentions. "Mother, I want to make our lives better, I want to go to another country and find a better job," he told his mother.
If my final decision, I will not stop you, all I can do is pray for you to find what you are looking for, "his mother said wisely. "Thank you, Mother," Andung Kuswara smiled happily. The next morning, Andung Kuswara left his homeland to pursue his dream. He went abroad. He walked for weeks until he arrived at the Basiang Kingdom. On the way, he meets a farmer whose body is full of ulcers and scabies.
Andung Kuswara tries to help him. He cured the farmer with his medical skills. The farmer was very happy. He offers Andung Kuswara to live in his home. He also told Andung Kuswara that almost all residents of the country suffer from the same disease. News of Andung Kuswara's medical skills quickly spread throughout the country. All sick people came to him to be healed of their illness. King Basiang also heard news about Andung Kuswara's excellent medical skills. The king then ordered the guards to bring Andung Kuswara to treat the sick daughter.
"My son has been in bed for two weeks, he can not do anything, many healers have tried to recover him, but they failed, do you heal him?" Asked the king for Andung Kuswara. "My Honor, I am just a poor wanderer and I have minimal medical skills, so forgive me if I also fail in restoring the princess", Andung Kuswara replied. Andung Kuswara was then allowed into the princess's room. The princess is very pale and weak. However, her beauty is evident through her beautiful face. Andung Kuswara amazedly looked at her, "Ah, the princess is very beautiful," she told herself. He then tries to heal the princess with all abilities, but the princess does not move at all. Andung Kuswara then think of another way.
He took a necklace that hung around his neck. The necklace was soaked in a cup of water for a moment. After reading some prayers on the water, Andung Kuswara stains on the princess's face several times. Suddenly, the princess can move her body. Her eyes and lips parted, and her face changed brightly. The princess can finally sit on her bed. The King is very grateful for Andung Kuswara's help for his only daughter.
To express his gratitude, he allowed Andung Kuswara to marry his son. The princess was happy to welcome Andung as her husband. The same thing also felt by Andung who fell in love with the princess.
One year passes, and the princess is pregnant. She told her husband that she wanted to eat Kasturi fruit that only grew on the island of Borneo. Andung Kuswara who was accompanied by some royal soldiers went to look for fruit.
After arriving on the island of Borneo, Andung Kuswara headed Loksado to find the Kasturi tree which, according to the local community, is a bearing fruit. Andung Kuswara stood surprisingly after learning that the tree that grows right in front of his mother's small hut. Andung Kuswara immediately ordered the troops to return to the kingdom without taking fruit to avoid meeting his own mother. But suddenly Andung Kuswara's mother came out of the cottage.
He saw his son among the troops in front of his house. "Andung ... Andung ... my son," he tried to call his son. Andung Kuswara and troops keep walking to get away from the old lady. However, he ran after them and kept asking for his son. Feeling embarrassed in front of the troops, Andung Kuswara said angry with his own mother, "Stop calling me as your son, old woman I am a Royal Basiang nobility I never know an old lady like you" After that, Andung Kuswara keep walking .. mother Andung Kuswara who was surprised to hear the words of his beloved son. She cries and prays with trembling lips, "Oh God, showing power and justice." Her tears are not yet dried up when the sky suddenly becomes dark and lightning strokes repeatedly. After that, the storm suddenly bursts and the heavy rain falls dementedly.
Suddenly Andung Kuswara's body slowly turns to stone. Since that time, the locals are called Mount Batu Batu Bangkai (stone stone of death), because the stone that lies on resembles the human body. Mountain located in District Loksado, South Kalimantan
