Perks of being a Supervisor

I would like to share a story about my current job, a fun and interesting one!

"Find your tribe. Love them hard."

This quote caught my attention thus I modified it to describe what is my stand to be a Supervisor of a very young, wild yet talented individuals - my Team 109.1 😊

And I quote, "Find your tribe. Love them hard. Like literally."

I was their supervisor for less than 3 months in a NEW HIRE Cluster. I was able to endorsed 14/18 agents to a regular team.

I am very strict to them. I have a very inconsistent mood depending on how they perform. I coached sincerely for their growth and development. But despite of me being difficult and indifferent - I love them as my team. That's how I act at work.

But as soon as we step out of the operation floor, I treated them as friends or even family. I gave advices, I listened to their stories and experiences and I laughed with them. It was a memory worth keeping.

After the endorsement, we had our team building at Miyaki Inland Resort.

And they did this.

I am just so lucky that they appreciated everything that I did despite all the dramas.

I guess its not them that is supposed to thank me but its me whom owe them a THANK YOU.
