Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

I know a lot of adults are skeptical about watching animations. However this is one of the few one's that lot's of people would like.
To be honest, I originally didn't go to the cinema with the intention of watching this particular animated movie. The movie I wanted to see was sold out and I ended up settling for "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse"
At the initial stage of the movie I didn't like the idea of multiple spider man/woman characters but eventually the whole concept made a lot of sense.
This animation is centered around a dark African American kid who happened to be bitten by a spider (just like the movie). Shortly after he is bitten, the real spider man dies and there is some sort of open vortex of different dimensions which resulted into all the spider men and women, being pulled into the black kids dimension.
At the very beginning he was a scared kid that didn't know how he would go about saving the world, because he lacked courage but as time went on, he was super skilled and could take on the task of saving the world and helping the others return to their dimension.
This is not totally the regular spider man as each character had unique looks and additional powers.
To be honest, based on circumstances, if I had not missed the movie I had planned to see, it would never have been a choice of movie for me to watch at the cinema.
This is a good choice of movie to see with one's girlfriend, the family or the younger ones as it is action packed with a lot of comic scene's.
