MY WEEKEND TRAUMA!!!
It was 10:45pm on sunday evening,i was relaxing in my room when i heard raised voices. I carefully opened my door, peeped to see what the noise was about and then realised it wasnt from my flat. My flatmate and i went outside to check the source and behold we saw our neighbour struggling with her husband who was trying to walk out with their 5months old baby who was born prematurely.
All i saw was a fully grown man holding the baby with his left hand and shoving the mother with his right.The baby was crying and her neck dangling at an awkward position.My first instinct was to save the baby by getting her away from the father while my flatmate went to calm the guy and save his wife.In the process of me taking the baby away and passing her to her mum, the next thing i saw was my flatmate sprawled on the ground been beaten by my neighbour for interferring in his business.When i noticed him turning for me i ran to call our neighbours on the street who were peeping out of their different houses wondering what the commotion was about😂😂😂😂😂😂😂....
When it looked like no one could get a hold on the guy,we knew it was time to call the police. The police came and after getting eye witness report from everyone,they had no choice but to take my neighbour away.....
Since sunday still can't sleep well,get scared at the sound of any noise and fear of him coming back for final match....My flatmate is still nursing his broken rib and finger,we had to contribute for the wife to take her child and leave the town ....Domestic Violence is Real.....
