The uniqueness of Aceh fried rice lies in the use of many spices as its delicate spice. Like dried curly peppers, lawang flowers, nutmeg, pepper, onion, garlic, pecans, cinnamon, and cilantro.
In some Aceh restaurants, the fine spices for fried rice are apparently the same as fried noodles. So the usage is versatile. Just stay sauteed with noodles or rice.
