Why should the Capil crew go to the village..?
According to the Director General of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, a resident who is about 17 years old, is urged to immediately record E-KTP.
The goal is that when the 2019 presidential election (Pilpres) and legislative elections (Pileg) 2019, they can participate, both those young people who are just 16 years old now, and 17 years on April 17 2019 later. Because of that, it will guarantee that every new voter can use their voting rights on H days later.
The Capil crew descended on one of the villages in Seunuddon Subdistrict, so that every community could be recorded first, so that the people who had not had an E-KTP could be relieved by the Government's ease in obtaining E-KTP recordings.

Selamat siang sobat, pada siang ini saya akan coba memberikan sebuah informasi untuk kalian semua lewat sebuah postingan sederhana ini. Sobat pada hari ini para awak Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil turun kedasa yaitu didesa Mantang Jeulikat Kecamatan Seunuddon Kabupaten Aceh Utara, dengan tujuan untuk mempermudahkan para warga yang belum mempunyai E-KTP dan dengan demikian para warga bisa merekam dalam membuat E-KTP dikecamatan sendiri tanpa harus pergi secara langsung ke Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil yang ada di Kabupaten, Minggu, 07 Oktober 2018.
Kenapa awak Capil harus turun ke Desa..?
Menurut Dirjen Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kementerian Dalam Negeri, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh, penduduk yang sebentar lagi berusia 17 tahun, diimbau segera melakukan perekaman E-KTP.
Tujuannya agar ketika pemilihan presiden (pilpres) 2019 dan pemilihan legislatif (Pileg) 2019, mereka bisa ikut memilih, baik mereka pemuda-pemudi yang baru berusia 16 tahun sekarang, dan 17 tahun pada 17 April 2019 nanti. Oleh karena hal itu maka akan menjamin bagi setiap pemilih pemula bisa menggunakan hak pilihnya pada hari H nantinya.
Awak Capil turun ke salah satu Desa yang ada di Kecamatan Seunuddon, agar setiap masyarakat dapat direkam dulu, dengan demikian bagi para masyarakat yang selama ini belum mempunyai E-KTP bisa lega dengan adanya dipermudah oleh Pemerintah dalam mendapatkan perekaman E-KTP.
