LEGO Star Wars Story, Part 52: "The Duel of Fates"
The progress of the insidious Imperial troops has been delayed by the bravery and the sacrifice of the rebels who stood strong and marched forward even in the face of defeat just so they could give the rebellion another chance... Now that all the rebel blockades have been defeated, not with ease, the Empire lost ten AT-ATs which is all they had for this assault, the command ship refuses to send reinforcements so they have to go through with this. While the invading forces are at it's weakest the rebellion's hero arrives to face the dark lord.
Luke Skywalker, the hope and the pride of the rebels has come to face Vader, the man who he believes murdered his father in cold blood. He jumps off the last fallen AT-AT and attacks Vader who accepts the duel and faces him with his crimson red lightsaber. Their swords clash in a shower of sparks. After Vader gets the upper hand, Luke jumps back cutting down two stormtroopers who weren't even participating in the fight under Vader's orders. Then a Taun-Taun runs in jumping across the AT-AT and Luke jumps on top of him.
The Taun-Taun runs through the snow to Echo Base and they both disappear from Vader's view. This enrages him but he keeps silent, he tells the commander to continue to Echo Base and slaughter everyone inside. The commander turns around and orders the others to pick up the remaining equipment and head on right in the direction of the rebel base. They lift the guns and head on, they receive a message from up above that four more AT-ATs and 300 more soldiers will be sent down to perform the final march to crush the rebellion once and for all.
Vader turns back and heads on to his shuttle. He enters and walks over to his single pilot chair in which he sits and stares out at the snow. His mind distracted like it has never been before. He is mostly thinking about Luke, he isn't just a force user, Kenobi wouldn't have come back from hiding for someone like that, he has to be way more consequential. Could he be the offspring of Anakin Skywalker? The Emperor must have known this all along, he must ask him...
Thousands of light years away in the heart of the Empire's fleet on Coruscant. The Emperor is sitting on his massive black as coal throne which reflects his soul in the massive empty chamber. He thinks and he meditates, sometimes going as far as forgetting who his actually is, he isn't the Emperor, he's just a pawn in Snoke's game, he isn't even a living being, he's just a droid designed to mimic Palpatine in order for Snoke to take control of the Empire and to take over as soon as possible...
And even further, in the Outer Rim of the galaxy in the infamous vessel known as the Rogue Shadow, a fear of many and a prized possession to one, Snoke. He obtained the infamous ship from the destroyed Sith planet of Korriban where it had fallen many thousands of years ago, he dug it up from the dust and ruins to find it completely in tact, as if it was buried the same day he dug it up. Now many years later, at the brink of becoming the one and only rules, which he basically already is, he is laid back in his stone throne made after the one of the Sith emperor from many eons ago. The galaxy which he is looking at from afar will soon bow down to him in fear...
