ITOHAN knew something was terribly wrong but she didn't know exactly what was wrong, raising three kids wasn't very easy and plus the fact that her husband treated her like trash, ITOHAN couldn't believe that she made the mistake of falling and marrying him, she had other options, but she thought getting married to an already accomplished financial man would make her be less respected, seeing this young graduate and yet to succeed, she decided to stand by him, and this is what she gets???

Many people tried telling her the match wasn't sure, how could someone as beautiful as her, be attracted to a man looking like him, yet she ignored everyone, what others didn't know then, was she felt his not too cute look will give her an edge over him, that with inferiority complex setting in with him, she'd be able to intimidate and maybe boss him a little...!!

ITOHAN knew was domineering, but she didn't bargain for her husband to suddenly look at her with distaste... ITOHAN was now looking older than her age, and looking so different... So different...!!

ITOHAN looked at Catherine her daughter she acted differently, she sure was turning into a very beautiful girl, but ITOHAN could see the girl was troubled, but ITOHAN was caught up in her world, of trying to make her marriage work, of trying to live with her mistakes, whatever girlie growing up issues Catherine had could wait, or better still she could go read about it, with that conclusion in her head she slowly got up from where she'd been sitting all day and went inside, locking her door after her…!!

Catherine looked at her mum, her mum looked so old and withdrawn, she had circles under her eyes, meaning she hardly slept, Catherine needed someone to talk to so badly, she was so scared, her step father had decided to make her life an unhappy one, but how could she tell her mum, will she even believe her, or will she see her as a threat and send her back to her father, her father who she hadn't heard from all this years...!!

Catherine felt so alone, watching her step dad touch himself and trying to kiss her at every opportunity he got, Catherine was scared to go home or be alone... And her mum leaving the house at long hours because of church, she just started, was making it so difficult, Catherine was scared that one day he may decide to forcefully rape her, she was sure, with that thought she silently began to cry...!!
