Yep, that's how she was cuffed. I've seen a lot of people put the cuffs in front of them like that. I would bet money that you could do it easily.

Cuffing requests? Oh yeah! If you ran from me or gave me shit, that meant that you were asking me to be thrown on the ground to be cuffed with a knee in the back if the head. There were also other special requests that I can't really get in to here, if you know what I mean lol 😉
