Āpaṇuṁ śarīra khūba ja bud'dhiśāḷī chē, tē hammēśāṁ ahīṁ rahē chē anē havē, śarīra dvārā āpaṇē bhrama nakkī karī śakī'ē chī'ē, juṭhṭhāṇanē satyathī alaga karī śakī'ē chī'ē. Satyathī kō'īpaṇa vicalana śarīra, rōganā svāsthyamāṁ vicalana pēdā karē chē.
Jyārē āpaṇē āpaṇā śarīra para kāma karī'ē chī'ē anē ā mandiranē svastha sthitimāṁ jāḷavī'ē chī'ē, tyārē āpaṇē ēka sārvatrika hōkāyantra prāpta karī'ē chī'ē jē tamanē jaṇāvē chē kē tamanē śuṁ upayōgī thaśē anē śuṁ nukasāna thaśē
Risōrsa sṭrīmiṅga sthitimāṁ tēnē jāḷavī rākhavā māṭēnī rītōnō abhyāsa karavā, tēnē sāpha karavā māṭē tē jarūrī chē. Ā māṭē, n'yūjhalēṭaranā antē, huṁ tamanē maphatamāṁ āmantraṇa āpuṁ chuṁ
Jō tamē ajāṇa chō, tō rāhu jus'sō, dārū āpī śakē chē.
Ḍrēgananuṁ vaḍā āpaṇuṁ mana chē, hammēśāṁ māthuṁ vicārē chē, parantu āpaṇā śarīranī anubhūti karavāmāṁ muśkēlī ā amārī lālacu icchā'ō, nirāśā'ō anē viśāḷa ruci, mahatvākāṅkṣā'ō anē supara pariṇāma prāpta karavānī taka chē.
Jō tamē utkaṭanā spandanō para chō, tō mahāna bhautika icchā'ō.
Parantu śuṁ tamē jāṇō chō kē mātra rāśinī niśānīnī gaṇatarī yōgya rītē karavāmāṁ āvē chē anē tamārī pāsē sāva judī niśānī hō'ī śakē chē, athavā supara-apara rāśi paṇa khōlī śakāya chē
Tamē sastī cūkavaṇī karēlī vyaktigata sēvāmāṁ manē lakhīnē tamārī vāstavika rāśi sā'ina śōdhī śakō chō
Energyrjā māṭē navī phrī mērēthōna sāthē kanēkṭa thā'ō anē navī badhī āntarika suvidhā'ō sāpha karō
Jō tamē bhalā'ī anē jāgr̥timāṁ chō, tō tēnāthī virud'dha, majabūta ākāṅkṣā'ō, icchā'ō anē ādhyātmika jlāna māṭēnī takō.
