Is Aphria a good investment in its current state?

Having just dropped to under a quarter of this years highest close due to sell offs from news of legalization and lawsuits from short sellers due to speculation that insiders are profiting from over priced acquisitions, there is a good chance it could continue to drop. Or will the distribution deals with shoppers drug mart be enough to turn it around?
