Datil Pepper Chilli

Cayenne pepper or Datil Pepper is one of the hottest chili peppers in the world. Lamb cayenne pepper comes from St. Augustine in Florida. This chili has a level of spiciness ranging from 100,000 – 300,000 on the Scoville scale. Usually, the highest level of spiciness is found in the type of chili which is orange in color. Lamb cayenne pepper is often the main ingredient in making tom yam soup.
