Stock Market Introduction

A stock market is a form of business which is being run across the world. Every country gives the opportunity to its businessmen by establishing stock exchanges. All major companies which are public limited are registered in the stock exchange and offer their company share to the public. A number of shares depend upon book value of that company and available for common people. There are two types of people who invest in the stock exchange. The first type is known as an investor who enters in the stock market for a long period and mostly depends upon dividend and increases the value of that stock. The Second type of people are those who are known as day traders and they enter in the market for a short period of time and they mostly earn profit from the fluctuation of rates of the shares.
There is a misconception about the stock market and it is considered as risky and some may associate this with gambling. This is not true and this business is also like any other business even there is low risk as compares to other businesses. Unlike other businesses, you may not have to rent a place. Even you may not have to hire different employees. The main advantage of this business is that you may not have to devote your whole time. This can be managed by devoting one or two hours of yours.
I personally recommend everyone who wants to add a second income source to his life. This also encourages ones saving habits as well.
