Please note that this report is mainly objective and not subjective (currently not judging quality) so don't take it too seriously. I just needed a way to make sure none of my stewards went M.I.A.
But please, teach us how to improve!
The best things to do are:
- Write high-quality blogs and comments (if you have 600 comments, I pray that 599 aren't "great post!")
- Comment a lot
- Vote often enough so your voting power never hits 100%
- Up-vote a diverse amount of steemians
Try not to do the following:
- High percentage of self-votes (30-50%+) ... This isn't always a deal breaker b/c you may indeed be voting on very high quality blogs/comments or trying to counteract a flag. Those things would surely be taken into consideration.
There is another solution to that. Flag often and your VP will almost never reach 100%! ;)
Oh I understand a part... Hehe... But what is M.I.A.?
Also, will you consider flags the user gives too?
