Dave Crosland's pursuit of being a 400 lbs. mass monster has left his body and kidneys badly damaged. However, he continues to use anabolic steroids and live the unhealthy bodybuilder lifestyle. This might be the worst case of muscle dysmorphia I have seen. 400 lbs. bodybuilders over the age of 40 do not live very long.
