THE KNOWING

Uncle Peter was one of the best fishermen in his time. He was practically raised on the sea, he grew up on water and lived in boats, he knew the length and breadth of the sea like he knew the back of his hand, he could tell the outcome of every wave and the best fishing seasons, he knew all the best possible tricks and sources of livelihood one can make by the seaside.

Yet, with all his wisdom and a lifetime of fishing experience Peter did not know that he has the ability to walk on water, he didn't think it was possible, the brother had no idea he is capable of greater things higher than what he knew how to do.

That night he saw Jesus taking a stroll on the lake sparked the desire to make a move out of the ordinary. "Bid me to come to you", he said. "COME" was all Jesus said to his friend.
Come, And that was enough for Peter to soar!

Look, some of us have not started living your best life yet, what you have or what you think we have cannot be compared to the peek of what you will be capable of if you can understand who you are.

Peter thought all that was possible on water was fishing, he never knew in him also lies the ability to suspend all the forces of gravity! Seeing his Master do it confirm that he can do it too. This was a million years ago.

Today Jesus is doing more than walking on water, He is walking inside of us, and because we carry him on our inside anything He can do we can do too, He finds expression inside us. His answer is no longer "come" , Jesus is saying DO!
