These are the current account creation tokens that are non-transferable. This network is built like the dlux network but doesn’t have a token economy of its own.

Oh...I just caught that this is simply the process to claim accounts with resource credits since hf20. I just didn't knew it under this specific name.
Alright, so from what I understand, both the account creation and the atomic swap would run on a standalone network ?
These are pieces that any decentralized/distributed network with a common goal can adopt. Steemhouse for instance could use these collaborative functions to build a token, share account generation between interested parties, and perform any other custom functions related to the business. DLUX will run some of these functions, and I'm hoping to get them tested off the DLUX network so they can be beneficial to Steem first. After all I am asking for some "free" labor.
Seems like a constructive way to go
