Stellar Lumen Paradigm
I've been trying really hard to understand why Stellar is giving away so many lumens to btc holders and have been criticizing the move. However, this may be one of the first crypto companies that is actually transparent about their valuation. If the price holds as of June 27th, they will be valued at over $36 mil (double check my math), which is relatively low for a company. People, including myself, are afraid the price will drop. However, they know that 5% is all they need to establish trust with its investors. For many crypto companies, it's tough to say how much they manipulate their own prices, but owning only 5% of lumens puts the price in our hands. This was ultimately why Ripple stopped growing. Stellar legitimately does give us the power over their value. If Stellar becomes as big as say, Stripe, a single lumen will be worth over $6. This may be the start of something very big.
