.... No, Actually they are Industrial residues
Or rather Plastics.

These are spills produced during mass production of polypropylenes pellets (Plastics pellets).

They are still capable of performing the same function due to the thermoplastic properties (melt under heat), and would require further chopping into little bits before it can be used, which most times the chopping done manually using a chooping machine.

In other words, these pills of white rocks are what are transformed to these.
