Drone over Paris

myth: If you fly a drone over pretty much any city, you will go to jail, get a fine and/or hurt someone.

Truth: recreational drone use is pretty much allowed in most countries. As long as a few rules are followed:

Don't fly over large gathered crowds.
Don't exceed flight height of 492ft.
Do not fly at night.
Maintain visual of your drone at all times.
Do not fly over airports, military facilities or government buildings.

Drones can malfunction, but so long as you keep the firmware updated, keep your drone app up to date, and calibrate your drone often, you should be perfectly fine.

I personally have over 2,000 hours of flight time, and have had zero accidents.
