Of course @mrs.steemit ! When we talk about appearance she is my number one. I mean look at her <3. And she is definitely more steemier . She puts so much effort in every post and she is the best combination of beautiful and smart! She travels through Europe to introduce others to steemit and supports this community like no other.

Sorry guys.. But this is sort of a step backwards in my eyes.
Betting on sports teams is one thing.. But objectifying women and pitting them against eachother for votes? What the fuck is this high school or something?
Maybe I'm a bit more of an empathetic individual than you are.. that's fine.. But was any consideration given to these women's feelings or permission granted to use their images? Certainly doesn't look like it.
This isn't right.. "My GF is hotter than your GF" or "My dad can beat up your dad" comes to mind after seeing this. Please stick to sports guys instead of needlessly and seemingly unknowingly trashing peoples self esteem through childish voting.. cmon.. :/

Both of these women are beautiful. Whichever of your commandos thought this was a grand old idea needs to step out of the old mentality and stop thinking this shit is acceptable. It isn't. Not in 2016/2017.
I agree with some of what you have to say - this wouldn't be my genius idea. However - they both agreed to it - the post was put together by a woman (in conjunction with the contestants).. and there is another post on the way with two Steemit guys against each. Objectify is a big word - these girls are comfortable putting these exact pictures on Steemit or Instragram and put themselves up to public scrutiny. I think guys punching each other in the head is stupid (MMA) - but I respect the right all of us have as adults to make our own decisions.
Its not like SteemSports is setting a precedence - look at the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit edition.
I sort of agree with you. but just a reminder that in the post it is mentioned that permissions were granted from both ladies.
More worrying is the fact that @mrs.steemit commented on her photo saying that it was 4 years old. @walden then commented at the bottom of this post saying that she is 19 as of now. So, knowingly or unknowingly, the community has been duped into voting on the sexiness of a 15 year old girl.
This is the kind of shit that could really hurt Steemit at a time when we need to be attracting more people to the site.
The whole idea of having games on here where we pit users against eachother for any reason goes against the whole spirit of STEEM for me.
That doesn't look good at all.. None of this does really nor does the fallout from it. Steemsports is going to have to really consider their moves a bit better in the future or they could very likely find themselves boycotted out of popularity..
Someone should honestly make a post about all of this. Lay it all out. I wish I had the time today to do so. :/
