Hello my lovely ladies , how are you doing ? Hope everyone is fit and fine. So today i will be sharing with you people Bengal's most favourite dish Misti Doi
Ingredients
Curd 2 cups
Sugar 2 tbsp
Milk 2 cups
Condensed milk 1.5 tbsp
Earthen pot
Now starting with the recipe
Take a bowl and stir two cup of curd and properly mix the curd to form a smooth paste
Then take a pan boil 2 cups of milk and take out half cup of milk and add condensed milk to it mix it well and again mix it with the boiling milk. When the milk boils properly , off the flame.
Now preparation of caramel
Take 2 tablespoons of sugar heat it on the low flame and mix it Continuously to avoid lumps when the sugar gets caramelised add 2 tablespoons of milk to avoid forming lumps
Now mix the boiled milk and curd and caramel together and mix them well . Fill the mixture in the earthen pot .
Now in a cooker or kadhai take a stand and add two cups of water and let the water boil
Then cover the earthen pot with a silver foil and keep it on inside the utensil for 30 mintues
Then take it out and keep it in the deep fridge for 3 hours and add pistachios to it for serving
