You guys are a hair short of running a scam. The entire community doesn't need to know about your technical difficulties. Send an email to your users instead and upvote a hidden comment somewhere if you feel like it's ok to reward yourself with other's accounts.

Just tried to register. Was told to look for a PIN, sent to me (assume by email) to complete the registration. Never received any PIN, and I did check the spam-filter.
Added a random PIN to provoke a response, and was told to contact you... No contact info provided, so contacting you here.
EDIT: I was perhaps too impatient. The PIN arrived, however, 15 mins later. Created some inconveniace for me, as I by then hand closed the registration window and moved on. Worked out in the end though.

If your service is functional now? I know there were problems with all API today. But it looks like all things were back one hour ago. But I cannot see auto votes now.

Service should be working as of now, but we continue to experience periodic disruptions due to the Steem network responding slowly to transaction requests. There's nothing we can do about that, just have to wait for the network to stabilize.
