I am nominating this post because in it Kim identifies a point that everyone - especially those embarking on new endeavors - will face as they walk into the unknown of the 'new'. She gives practical solutions for how to walk through this point, solutions which I found myself applying in my own life after having read the blog! This motivated me to vote here, because if it supported me it can support others.
