Especially the concept of Singularity amazes me a lot.His contribution to the beautiful world of Quantum Mechanics is amazing..
Let's look at what 'Singularity' actually is.

The concept of Singularity when drawn by Oppenheimer and Snyder who predicted the existence of black holes as well as the 'Singularity' where the pressure becomes infinite. Anything falling into the hole not only gets trapped but also crushed into zero volume.When Roger Penrose analysed to show that these Singularities are general phenomenas happen in gravitational collapse, This man Hawking took the ideas to use in Cosmological Singularities. Or in general , Singularities are the place where space time curvature becomes infinite.
