Who has he "gotten" that have any actual power in NK? IF Drumpf's responsible for actually deploying ANYTHING non-conventional that precipitated the removal of Kim's assets, he has certainly never demonstrated the sagacity to navigate the turbulent international water it would engender, as the Russians and Chinese both certainly have variants of any such technology as well.
There are far simpler forms of DEW than what's intimated here, and, being much developed in the past 50 years, offer far better ROI for the contractors on US projects.
