Awesome post man... you should do a post on those things that go wrong to cause problems with sexual differentiation AFTER all the genetic stuff has kicked in. Off the top of my head here are some great ones...

• Congenital adrenal hypoplasia (failed development of the adrenals lead to a lack of proper hormonal production in the early fetus... before the gonads come in to play.)
• Kallmann syndrome (GnRH neurons don't migrate to the pituitary gland and stay near the cribriform plate also leading to anosmia)
• Hisutism (secondary male sex characteristics appearing in women in some conditions or just in elderly women as they age. Caused by an inability to properly convert testosterone to estrogen).
• Estrogen insensitivity (exactly what it sounds like).
