I just noticed something about your name. Dyslexics are exceptional people saddled with great imaginative qualities. Like you rightly said "they learn differently".
They can be managed in the right sphere by getting optimal learning environment, this can include classroom modifications such as giving the dyslexic person extra time to finish assignments, giving oral examinations in addition to written ones and using assistive computer technology such as voice-recognition software. Placing colored filters over the text can also help some people read more easily.

Dyslexia in a lot of these famous dyslexics is not noticed in the society because they build on their strengths to overlay their weakness and I regard them as a very special breed.
