I would like to see apps like this (or benefits like this) appear on other app stores as well :)
I read that the korean app tree planet can be used to plant trees by playing, but I cannot find the app on the european app store -.-
Although there might be a browser option, but I was kinda hoping for some distraction while bored on the go.
Do you know of any other, more global initiatives?
There's actually (or was?) A kind of equivalent right here on steemit. I heard it was legit but that was the last I heard of it... doesn't exactly have billions of dollars behind it though =/

I know of @treeplanter. But stopped using it for myself, as I was scared it counts as upvote bot and would interfer with steemstem curation...
But I will check out how convenient freerice.com is on mobile devices. Definitely something interesting to cklick around on at a bus stop.
You mean the one that made comments that were shaped like trees? I liked the idea, but never knew whether it could be verified as real or not.
