Well said. We are the community so the onu is actually laid on us to build it.
Sustainability is actually the bedrock of any successful community. And in this context, there are many things to do to enhance this; one of them is engagement; which is actually indispensable for the growth of any community.
Together we can make SteemSTEM greater.
This is what I am building up. A sustainable community. Curators should get more power and their own trails. Maybe in their own field but not necesarily.
