E.coli produces hydrogen only under certain circumstances. I think at the moment your are safe from launching yourself to the moon by lighting your farts. :D

Zukunftsmusik roughly translates to future music, we use it when talking about nice stuff that might happen in the future. Hydrogen farting bacteria powering our cars is "Zukunftsmusik" ;)
