When I saw the title, I thought the cure may be some drugs or vaccine. But it is a part of lifestyle modification which is already a part of management of DM or a patient with metabolic syndrome. By the way, nice article.
Evey drug is toxic in some way, so we want to minimize any excessive usage and the best way is to stick to healthy habits :) Thanks for stopping by !
No way to disagree with that. Non drug treatment should be the first choice.
