Very well written but it looks like you haven't grasped one important concept. There is a very real difference between a disease and a syndrome. Those two terms are often used interchangeably, and incorrectly so. Fibromyalgia is most definitely a syndrome, (although subject to change in-light of new research/evidence). Under your diagnosis section you stated fibromyalgia is a syndrome but called it a 'disease' throughout the rest of your post. Maybe you were already aware of this, in any case I'm just trying to help :)
