I found the last 4 points about hypertension's relation to stroke and heart conditions, to be quite interesting. I tended to think of hypertension as much more benign than all that.
Is salt and water the only substances that influence blood pressure, or are there other minerals that interplay with these two, like magnesium or whatnot?
