Excellent article @alchemage :) So thoroughly put together. I was going to draw some parallels with Yoga, but I've seen you already addressed the similarities between these two practices in another comment. I, myself, have adopted Yoga as part of my daily routine for nearly 16 years now. And, similar to what you mentioned here, I am much more fond of mind-body activities (although, I am not very efficient at meditation) than hard impact, loud ones! :)
