Football team
For me, football is not just a man's pleasure. Many philosophies that we can take from the most popular sport in the world. imagine how unique a soccer game, where 22 people fight each other over 'a' ball, trying to get each ball into each other's goal. Here we see the passion, the ambition, the action, and the tactics of twenty-two human children in order to win a match. yah .... if thought-think similar to our behavior in winning a 'living' to win the world. But more important is not it. from football we can learn how to manage a teamwork, how we work together, trust each other, share for the sake of success
Up until now I still believe that forming an effective working team can happen if every member is willing to share with each other and it must be trained. I myself when the elementary school was asked by a sports teacher to do a soccer match with members of mixed teams of sons and daughters ...
With the memory of the event, I came to realize that the game of football is very useful for the growth of sharing attitudes that are very useful in the formation of work teams as we mature. Perhaps also the concept of mixed football that can be applied in schools. calculations for balancing school activities, whose curriculum is increasingly increasingly developing individual potentials ... ..increasing competition in order to achieve achievement ... ..with the modeling of cooperation between children ...of course this is not good, considering the world of work is very very dependent on the effectiveness of cooperation between individuals within an organization ... ..and not on protrusion of individual achievements ... ..
Back to football, what grounds underlie me to take the example of a soccer team rather than a team of volleyball, basketball or softboll. of course the number of football players so much plus the interaction between players that is so high, causing football to be the best replica of an effective working team
semoga kamu berhasil dengan tim itu kawan
