It is so true about Carson Palmer but the defense also gave up a lot of big plays last year. 7-9 is about right for them. I think the Eagles could be a big sleeper in the NFC East. Will the Giants be able to all play together? If they do then they will be fine. Cowboys may take a step back only because everyone around them has gotten better. I agree with Seattle, Green Bay, and Atlanta although Carolina may make some big noise if their new players evolve.
I think the eagles are always going to be a threat because of that front 7! My problem with the east is that everyone is so close its hard to make a judgement call. I see the Giants as the most well rounded team, and as such, have them winning the division.
As long as they stay focused and not start fighting among themselves. They get their running game going and that offense will be strong.
