The Dolphins will be traveling to Cincinnati, Ohio to take on the Bengals for this week’s, Thursday Night Football (TNF) game. Each of these teams wrapped up week 3 with a record of 1-2. The Dolphins came out on top versus the Cleveland Browns in an overtime victory with the final score being 30-24. On the other hand, the Cincinnati Bengals lost to the now undefeated Denver Broncos 17-29. They are both sitting in 3rd place in their divisions and a loss would make it very hard for one to make the playoffs. Consider this a “must-win” game.

The Dolphins vs Bengals game will be aired on NFL Network on Thursday Night at:

Quarterback Synopsis

Through the first 3 games, the Dolphins quarterback, Ryan Tannehill has thrown for 892 yards (AVG 297 YPG), he has thrown 5 touchdowns, and has been picked off (intercepted) 4 times already. This was his second straight game with 2+ interceptions; so we can only hope that this number drops for this week’s game.

Running Back Synopsis

Since there newest acquired running back, Arian Foster, has been out with injury since week 1, they have had 5 different running back’s carrying the ball down the field. While Jay Ajayi is the one to watch while on the field, look for the quarterback, Tannehill to run the ball for quite some yards. The running game will not be the best this week. Let’s just hope that Ajayi scores consecutive touchdowns as he scored the game winner last week.

Wide Receiver Synopsis

Jarvis Landry, the number one receiver, will be looking at plenty of receptions this week. Landry is the stud of the Dolphins and is looking towards a record-setting season. Through week 3, Landry is 3rd in the league in receiving yards with 314 and has caught 24 of 34 balls thrown to him while adding a 42 yard catch and 1 touchdown to those terrific stat line.

Defense Synopsis

The Miami Dolphins defense has the 31st worst out of 32 teams in rushing defense while allowing 442 rushing yards and 2 touchdowns through 3 weeks. There passing defense is ranked 18th allowing 803 receiving yards and 4 receiving touchdowns. With that in mind, you can see that the Dolphins do not have a stellar defense this year like other years and this game has his potential to be very high scoring.

Special Teams Synopsis

The Dolphins field goal kickers are 6-10 in FGM which is pretty terrible in Football. They most definitely have room for improvement in this category and we hope to see improvement for Thursday night’s game.

Cincinnati Bengals

Quarterback Synopsis

Andy Dalton is 5th in the league in throwing yards sitting at 938 (AVG 312 YPG). He has completed 75 passes out of 115 attempts, he has thrown 2 ”Long balls” and 2 ”Pick 6’s”. Andy hasn’t been a huge part of the offense considering he has only thrown 2 touchdowns but he has made some key plays in the game the first game of the season. Look for Andy to complete a few more touchdowns in this game against a horrific Dolphins defense.

Running Back Synopsis

Boy, Oh boy, has Jeremy Hill been HOT, he scored 2 rushing touchdowns in the last game, he has a high of a 50 yard rush, and he has 150 rushing yards to seal the deal. I expect Jeremy to get another touchdown versus the sloppy Dolphins defense.

Wide Receiver Synopsis

A.J. Green has been off to an okay start this year with a touchdown, 295 yards off of 22 completed receptions out of 32 and is ranked 6th in receiving yards through week 3. A.J. Green normally has more than 1 touchdown going into week 3, which is unusual that he only has 1, but, who knows?! He may have a multi-touchdown game now that I have just jinxed it!

Defense Synopsis

Linebacker Vontaze Burfict returns from his suspension in Week 4, and he’ll improve a defense that has been very good outside of Sunday’s fourth-quarter meltdown. Meanwhile, the Bengals rank 18th in the rushing defense category allowing 328 rushing yards and 0 touchdowns. They also rank 13th in the passing defense category, allowing a devastating 741 yards and they have allowed a whoping 9 receiving touchdowns with 3 interceptions. From reading this, expect the Miami Dolphins wide out’s to score a few or more touchdowns against this shaky defense.

The Stake Pool:

The remaining 75% of the total payout is paid out in 50% Steem Power and 50% in liquid currencies, the latter now varies in payout ratio after the new fork. To make the process less complicated, we have decided to use all paid out SBD to buy Steem in the internal market to create a grand total Steem Stake Pool.
30% of the Stake Pool will be retained, of which 15% will go to the writer/sports presenter of the post, and the 15% balance towards editing, development and advertising.
70% of the Stake Pool will be held until the event/game outcome is determined.
Once the winning outcome is determined, we will execute a proprietary developed script that will divide and pay out the Steem rewards equally, using the Power Up method, to Mass Distribute SP to all participants that voted on the main post as the entrance fee as well as voted on the correct comment representing the winning outcome.
