Well...fuck a duck!

Is it any surprise that the Monkey Hammers came out and went ape on the metals? Yeah...thought not myself. However, even though silver took a 90 cent bruiser to the mid-rift, it is still performing like a champ. I won’t bother with any figures here, nor any well reasoned arguments ‘cause none of that shit has anything to do with the metals markets! It’s all just a giant casino — replete with hidden levers and knobs that mostly control the price. I say “mostly” because there is still the actual metal itself, which, despite being valued on paper as “this or that” still carries all of its intrinsic value regardless of what the spot-people tell us.

Eventually, and by ‘eventually’ I mean: probo in the next couple/few/many years, all of the madfuckery of modern monetary theory is going to get exposed for what it really is: which is: one giant Ponzi scheme. The fact that a sovereign nation can print their own money with no backing collateral, and then use this money to buy, for example, real physical gold from another nation makes absolutely no sense to me. It’s like printing off a thousand garage-sale flyers and then using them to “buy” your neighbours car. It is trading ultimately worthless paper for real tangible goods. And when the goods are silver or gold, the preposterous nature of this transaction becomes even more absurd.
