Guys I'm really pleased with all the good discussion from yesterdays.

Quality Post Voting

It seams clear that everyone is okay with the "quality post" feature. Also my experiments with the keyword feature seam to have also failed. It's not finding #steemsilvergold even in the body of the text. I have heard from the programmer of the software that they are constantly changing an upgrading so maybe it's an option down the line. For now we will continue to follow and vote for all group members posts in any category or interest. There was some great points how many of our active members don't often make silver posts but are still super commentators and voters on the tags. Hopefully this is the case for many of the members and when I get a chance I will also check just who is in the group and getting votes and how is supporting and engaging with the community, and I can always stop following them or just put them on the bot voting blacklist.

I just want to make everyone is clear how the "quality post" feature works. It's all a bit complex to me, but seams to mostly be based on a minimum words count which seams to be set at 100. Therefore if you are making a post with photos, links or videos be sure to include at least 100 words. I'm not exactly sure if this word count increases if there are lots of photos or links, but when I double check some posts I do find that often longer posts that have lots of photos and likely also enough words appear to also be skipped. That being said, if your post didn't get voted and you feel it should be, or if you see someone else's posts that isn't voted on, please feel free to drop that link and any of these posts and I will get to in manually next time I am around.

My second question about voting weights had a bit of discussion but most was on voting and that is fine. It was likely too much to have both discussions going on in one post so I will have that questions tomorrow and also include a vote in the comments.

Membership

I also want to drop a membership reminder in each posts as well. For anyone interested in joining our #steemsilvergold community, please drop a comment in any of these posts. Also any current members can make suggestions for anyone you see posting making quality posts in this tag or engaging with you in comments. I generally take a quick look at new members posts and comments and make sure they are actually supporting the tag and the community then just let them in. The most recent member list is stored as my follow list.

Lease

I want to finally put a hard cut off for the lease as this Sunday October 1st. I know it's a while away, but there are a few other kinks to work out and things to discuss before we jump in with both feet. I am also travelling out of town for a coin show from Thursday till Sunday. So will be able to take care of it all after Sunday. If you want to be involved with the lease be sure to send a minimum of 10STEEM and will place an order for a 4 week lease from @minnowbooster. We have also been approved for the community rate so we will get the most bang for our STEEM now.

Second Chance post

This first post in from @kp138, he was suggesting we all reach out to people on Youtube to try to grow our community here and this is a great idea, but I would also want to extend it to other silver stackers on any social media accounts you use or any other forums. I know there is a huge community out there. Us at Phelimint regularly link to our recent silver posts on Steemit and try to promote the community all over.
