How to Antique and Clean your Silver - PLEASE DON'T DO THIS
If for some reason you clicked on this, and still want to antique and/or clean your silver - I walk through my experience below!
The cream is called "Wrights" and it works some crazy wonders, the sponge is softer than a babies bottom - and leaves no scrub marks or "wizzing" appearance on the coin.
Cleaning coins destroys the numismatic value - all premiums will be lost. Clean at your own risk!
Both those are crazy. I don't really like artificial toning but I did tone one of thoe 1/2 oz pirate round poured bars because they are made to look old kind of and I just wanted t try it. I smashed up a hot hard boiled egg in a Tupperware container stuck the bar in with the lid and it came out pretty cool looking. some of it has purple on it. it is gnarly
I bet that looks beautiful on the pirate poured stuff! I've heard of the egg trick haha, my stuff certainly smelled like that!
