Some up-votes can be very large... There is such a thing as a Slider where a person is able to adjust their voting with a Smaller Percentage... So, even though your just a beginner, doesn't mean your up-votes aren't as good as someone who is able to pass out larger up-votes... I've seen certain peoples up-votes at .01%... That's as close to Nothing as you can get... lol... Normally, I think that what I have to say is worth more than any up-vote from the entire Steemit Community... It's only a Theory, but one that may be on the Receiving End of the Largest Transfer of Wealth, the World has ever seen... Feel free to check out some of my older posts...
