We the People will "Set" the "Value" of our Silver and Gold Coins... The Melt Value of Silver and Gold will continue to Fluctuate in Value, but no higher than 90% of the Face Values of our Corrected Silver and Gold Coins... A One Ounce Silver Coin will have the Face Value of $10... The Melt Value of One Ounce of Silver may not go higher than $9 per ounce... I hope that answers your question...
