1951 Australian Commemorative Florins

Hi Steemit,

We have another beautiful set of Australian constitutional silver coins here for you today.

These are the 1951 Australian Commemorative Florins that were circulated in Australia's currency system back in the year of 1951 to commemorate the 50th anniversary year of Australia's Federation, which occurred in 1901 and marked the birth of the nation by unifying the various British colonies on the Australian continent.

The design features the Federation Star, the Southern Cross constellation with the sword & sceptre & British crown with a portrait of King George VI facing left.

Here I have a set of 5 that we have:

This commemorative coin had a circulated mintage of 2,000,000. [1]
