Rick Rule: "Not gold prices but gold mining stocks will have a break out in 2018!

In the interview below, Rick Rule says that gold mining stocks will have a spectacular year in 2018, just because expectations are so low at this moment.

Those mining stocks are becoming rational capital allocators and suddenly, they are going to generate cash.

He is advising to look for producing companies, managed by people who have had success in the past.
