Soufflé Pancake 🥞 and Waffles 🧇 at Souffle Dessert Cafe

Lately soufflé pancake has been a craze lately, Soufflé Dessert Cafe is one of the good spot for it! The cafe is cozy, spacious and minimal... such a delight!

So we had ...

Valhorna chocolate soufflé pancake 🍫 - the pancake is 🍫, the ice cream is 🍫, the cream is 🍫 , the sauce is 🍫.. that’s quad threat ! - it’s such a chocolate overwhelming treats, that it ended up quite blend for us. The combination of all the 4 ingredients, dint live up to the expectation. -we felt that , pancake and just with the cream was superb enough 😋
Chocolate Marshmallow Waffle -this one is quite ok, everything seems to be balanced and light. -the waffle 🧇 texture was quite crispy and hard, and we would prefer a softer texture. -the marshmallow and chocolate sauce were tasty and great as topping. -we should have added a scoop of ice cream to soften the waffle 😄
Ice Ball Coffee - the whole ball ⚽️ was a densely concentrated coffee !! - with the addition of the warm milk 🥛, that’s harmony in making ☺️.
Classic Mint Mojito - as good as it sounds 🍹 , this drink was just great as our finale .... to freshened us up from the maximum chocolate-ness
