Children start secondary school with basic knowledge of life. A long time ago people who know how to read or write were considered a genius. Today that is normal. This is the most dangerous period because of puberty emotions are mixed. That is the time when we think that we know everything but when we return back at that time we can see how many mistakes we have done. The good side of “crazy” years is enthusiasm and energy that belong to young people. Than new ambitions are born, someone wants to become a successful lawyer other to become a great writer and some of the tennis or basketball players.Emotions of high school children are tempestuous and there are big oscillations in behavior. In this period it’s very important children to have parents or teachers attention to not become delinquents or to assume some bad habits. It’s difficult to uproot this kind of habit. Why do you need to have good relation with your child? In this period it is important to talk with our children as friends. That can be accomplished only if we are not mad at them and if we pay little attention. We should accept them but that doesn’t mean that we should approve their bad behavior. We should tell them how to avoid and what are the consequences of bad behavior. In this phase, the student has a certain level of knowledge and his doesn’t afraid to do some experiments; mission impossible don’t exist for him.
When we feel huge wish to do something, before we start, it is better to consult someone who has more experience than us. The advantage of teenage phase is the existence of strong wish something to be done, the bad thing is that we are not enough persistent. If something turns bad we immediately change the idea or job.

A good idea can bring quick results but remember: the success is not a sprint but marathon.The success is not a sprint but marathon. We need to be supported while we are climbing to the top. It’s important that every attempt is successful and can take us step forward. The teenage phase is beautiful and swaying but also temporary, it’s very important for us to pass that as soon as possible. Most of the people think that if they change the job, the financial situation will change as well. This phase is notable from constant changes in the business environment as same as changes in the ideas. The biggest mistake is there because time is money and you shouldn’t spend it on anything. If you know only one successful person from the same field then you know that you can succeed and you mustn’t give up. The point of that is to find out what is about. Try to analyze and find other persons who solve the same problem as yours. If you don’t know anyone who can give you advice try to find a solution on internet, I’m sure that you will find it there.

For the person who believes everything is possible! Imagine that you have a brilliant idea for distribution of leaflets. You separated your leaflets into few categories:

• 1. One leaflet - with one client
• 1. One leaflet - with more clients

You’ve made a price list for services for distribution of fliers:

• 1. One flier with one client 0, 2 dollars
• 1. One flier for more clients 0, 15 dollars

You pay the persons who are distributing the leaflets for output: 50% from realization. You have made a plan to distribute 100.000 leaflets per month.

You need:

promotion catalogue
leaflets designer
printing office
persons who will distribute leaflets
money for realization - 5000 dollars

You are not credibly capable and no one wants to borrow you 5000 dollars.

Turn your attention that on the first place of the list of needs I put clients. The first thing you should do is to find clients. Every business plan starts with clients; if you don’t have clients that you don’t have an idea.I can make my catalog by myself on my computer and there are many free services on the internet, so you won’t need a designer. After paying off 5000 dollars than I would find cheapest printing office to print my leaflets; actually all printing offices have designers so you don’t need anyone to design your leaflets; sometimes some of the companies will give you leaflets so you won’t need to pay for the printing office.I will find leaflets distributors through the internet or free announcements in magazines, many people are waiting for this job. You have succeeded! Of course, it is necessary to make some efforts for the things to go further because nothing can happen by itself.

I’ve bought 800 people

The date of the big promotion is already scheduled. The hall has 850 seats.I decided to bring 800 people on the promotion and very clear idea entered my mind.I took “yellow pages” to make a list of all associations in the town. Because I own company that sells products for prevention of health and I work on the principles of net marketing, associations seemed as good target group because the money is very important for their actions.
The plan I’ve made consists 3 parts:

• 1. making list of associations
• 1. making telephone calls
• 1. doing promotions

I have made the text for telephone calls reading as follow:

“Good morning, here is John; is that association for the protection of women rights?”

When they confirm I started to read the text:

“Company PXD system organizes the business conference and all associations that need help in the amount of 10.000 dollars are invited. If you are interested you need to send a list of at least 10 people till… (in a period of 3 days). You need to send your list in written form or through fax or internet because we collaborate only with serious associations.”

I’ve invited 120 associations. 85 of them answered positively. The number of people that came was more than 800. The promotion was a big success; we got 23 partners and more than 100 clients.I believe that this strategy will have result in your situation, too. Be careful when you are explaining why they are invited because in contrary they could think that you are cheaters.
