白菜

餃子ってそれぞれのお家の味がありますよね〜！包み方も微妙に違っていて面白いです。
我が家は季節によって具を変えています。春のキャベツがおいしい時はキャベツを使い、冬は白菜を使います。今回は白菜にしましたよ。隠し味に「味覇」を入れます。
私はこのように包んでいます。私の母の得意料理が餃子だったので、小さい時から餃子作りのお手伝いをしていて、私なりに考えて最終的にこのような包み方になりました
